Two ways to pay, both tied to the build
A reservation fee holds the residence: THB 100,000 under THB 30M, THB 300,000 for THB 30–50M and THB 500,000 for THB 50–100M. Then you choose the standard plan in five stages of 20%, or the deferred plan that leaves 50% until after completion.

01How much does a residence cost?
Building C starts from THB 22M for a two-bedroom of 127 m² on the back side (leasehold). Freehold starts from THB 33M, three-bedroom residences from THB 41M, garden residences from THB 36M and penthouses with a private rooftop pool from THB 61M. We confirm the price of the residence you choose in writing.
02What sizes are there?
Two bedrooms: 127–128 m² in total, 102–103 m² inside plus a 25–26 m² terrace. Three bedrooms: 194–196 m², 154–156 m² inside plus 40 m² of terraces. The two-bedroom penthouse has 246 m² with a 33 m² pool; the three-bedroom penthouses have 371–374 m² with a rooftop deck and a pool of 54–57 m².
03Freehold or leasehold?
Both. Building C has 17 freehold and 20 leasehold residences: every back-side residence is leasehold, while 17 of the 21 on the golf side are freehold. Leases are registered for 30 years and are renewable.
04How is the payment plan built?
First a reservation fee: THB 100,000 for a residence under THB 30M, THB 300,000 for THB 30–50M, THB 500,000 for THB 50–100M. Then the standard plan — 20% at contract, 20% at each of the 25%, 50% and 75% stages of the build and 20% on completion — or the deferred plan: 20% at contract, 10% at each of the three stages and 50% after completion, paid quarterly over 1, 3 or 5 years at 3%, 5% or 7%.
05How many residences are in Building C?
37: three garden residences on the ground floor, six on each of floors 2–5, five on floor 6 and five penthouses on floor 7. The project has three curved buildings, each made of two linked blocks.
06Is it sold furnished?
Fitted, not furnished. The price includes the kitchen with a marble top, induction hob and combi oven, cassette air conditioning, wardrobes, a smart toilet in the master bathroom and ceiling fans. Loose furniture packages are offered separately.
07What facilities come with it?
The signature ring-shaped rooftop pool with 360° views, a garden lounge with BBQ, private rooftop pools for the five penthouses and private gardens for the three ground-floor residences. Laguna Phuket adds six resort hotels, spas, Canal Village, Laguna Wellness by BDMS and the free shuttle bus and boat.
08Which owner privileges are included?

10Where exactly is it, and how far are the beach and the airport?
On the inland edge of Laguna Golf near Canal Village and Boat Avenue: the Bang Tao coastline is 0.9 km away in a straight line and the free Laguna shuttle and boat take you there, Boat Avenue is 1.2 km, the airport about 25–30 minutes by car and Phuket Old Town about 30 minutes.
11When will it be completed?
Payments follow the build: each instalment waits for a stage — the structure, the roof and walls, the services — so your money moves with the building. With the deferred plan only half is paid before handover. We send you the current construction schedule in writing.
12Who is the developer?
Banyan Group Residences, the residential arm of Banyan Group — listed in Singapore (SGX: B58) and founded in 1994. The project company is TWR-Holdings Limited. The Laguna Phuket master plan lists 16 completed Banyan Group residence projects inside Laguna, from Laguna Village to Banyan Tree Pool Villas.
